Rethinking the smart vending experience
Dripl, known for its healthy and sustainable drinks machines, wanted to create a faster, more intuitive user experience for their flagship product. Improving the first-time user journey was key to driving customer satisfaction and usage.

Increase clarity and reduce effort
Our goal was to significantly cut down the time it took for users to tap, pour, and go, while making the experience feel friendly, modern, and on-brand.

Approach
From tap to delight
We redesigned the full standup machine interface by simplifying navigation, reducing steps, and guiding users visually through their first interaction with the product. We extended our support into activation campaigns, social content, motion design, and on-site event materials, helping Dripl create a consistent story across touch points.
